Dee & Dee Brown LLC is a proudly veteran-owned business founded by mother-and-daughter entrepreneurs Donnetta Brown and Dominique Brown.

What began as a reseller business on platforms like Poshmark evolved into something much larger—a mission to build financial stability, create effective business systems, and share real-world entrepreneurship lessons with others.

Today, Dee & Dee Brown LLC combines reselling experience, business education, content creation, and systems thinking to help entrepreneurs learn, grow, and build with purpose.

Our Story

Like many entrepreneurs, our journey has included challenges, setbacks, and rebuilding.
We have navigated health struggles, financial obstacles, academic pressures, and the realities of starting over while continuing to move forward.


Instead of allowing those challenges to define our future, we chose to invest in education and learn business from the ground up while actively operating a real business. As students studying Business Management and Entrepreneurship at Washtenaw Community College, we began applying classroom concepts directly to Dee & Dee Brown LLC. 

Every assignment became an opportunity to improve our business. Every lesson became something we could test in the real world. That combination of education and practical experience continues to shape how we build, grow, and serve others today.

Meet the Founders

Donnetta Brown

Donnetta Brown is a veteran, entrepreneur, student, and co-founder of Dee & Dee Brown LLC.
She honorably served in the United States Air Force before spending more than 30 years working for Ann Arbor Public Schools.

Following significant health challenges and life transitions, she returned to college to pursue a degree in Business Management with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Her experiences in military service, education, leadership, and entrepreneurship continue to shape the vision and values of Dee & Dee Brown LLC.

Dominique Brown

Dominique Brown is a mechanical engineer, entrepreneur, student, and co-founder of Dee & Dee Brown LLC. She brings a systems-oriented mindset to the business, combining technical problem-solving, process improvement, organization, and strategic planning.

Her engineering background helps create scalable workflows, efficient systems, and long-term business solutions that support sustainable growth. Together, we combine real-world experience, education, and entrepreneurship to build a business focused on learning, implementation, and continuous improvement.
